Check-In begins at 3:00 P.M.
Early check-in is available if the room is ready prior to 3:00 p.m
When making your reservation, please let the Front Desk Receptionist know if you are checking in late so that we may alert hospitality as the Front Desk closes at 9:00 p.m.
If a key is lost or is not returned at the end of the stay, there is a $50 fee per key charged to the credit card on file.
Standard check-out is 11:00 A.M.
Subject to availability, a late checkout of 1:00 p.m. may be granted upon request as long as the request is received by the Front Desk Receptionist before 11:00 a.m. on the day of checkout.
If checking out early (prior to 8 a.m.), please notify the Front Desk Receptionist upon arrival.
Should a guest neglect to check-out on time or not receive an approved late check-out, staff will carefully remove the guest’s belongings and place them in storage. A late check-out fee of $50 will be charged on the account for this service. This policy also applies to guests who are changing rooms during their stay.
Reservations are available between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. by calling the Front Desk Receptionist at (610) 642-5800. Reservations may not be booked more than one year in advance. All room rates are subject to change.
Overnight Accommodations may be reserved for members or sponsored guests. Prior to receiving a guest’s reservation, a Merion Cricket Club member must submit a sponsorship letter to secure approval. The sponsoring member assumes financial and conduct responsibility for their guests.
We will make every effort to accommodate room requests however it is based on demand and availability at the time of your stay.
Cancellations
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to the reservation date. If the reservation is not cancelled during this timeframe, a charge of one full night for each room reserved or 50% of the reservation amount, whichever is greater, will be applied to the credit card on file.
Rates
Rates vary seasonally. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for the best available rate for the dates you require. A maximum stay of two weeks is permitted for your stay.
Guarantee
We require a credit card number at the time of booking that will be used for any purchases during your stay. Upon check-in, please let the Front Desk Receptionist know if you would like to use a different card.
